Understand your warranty.
Standard depot coverage lasts six months. You pay shipping to the repair depot; return ground shipping is covered. Overnight exchange programming and delivery conditions are separate. Call to confirm coverage before choosing an upgrade.

Can I order online without calling?
Yes. Select your options and quantity, then add the register to our secure store cart. Call if you need compatibility advice or a processing quote.
Does the price include programming?
Programming is optional and priced separately in the configurator. Select it if you want us to prepare the register for your business.
Can I connect a card reader?
The ER-180U does not support integrated card payments. Use a standalone terminal, or compare the ER-260EJ and larger compatible models.
What does the warranty cover?
Standard six-month depot coverage is included. Extended depot and overnight exchange options, when selected, have different shipping and replacement terms. Contact us to confirm coverage and programming requirements.
When will my register ship?
Call for current stock and delivery estimates. If you select programming, we need your completed information before preparing and shipping the register.
